Art Class: Dress to Express
Class description:
With upcoming social justice events, let’s make shirts that speak! This class provides space for creative minds to come together and design a custom shirt that expresses positive intentions: love, empathy, and kindness.
We will start with a white T-shirt, go over theme ideas and examples, and practice fabric painting techniques. Let’s get creative and dress to express!
Class Date/Time: Friday, October 10th, 5:00 PM- 7:30 PM

Supplies provided: White unisex T-shirt, fabric paints, fabric pens, palette, brushes, and light refreshments

Art Class: Teatime and Create
Class description:
We will begin with tea and biscuits, then move into painting. Participants will practice loading brushes, mixing colors, and using different techniques. After prep and setup, we’ll choose teacup models and follow a guided step-by-step process to create an original teacup painting. Explore color, style, and personal expression!
Participants are welcome to bring a teacup or drinking vessel that is special to them—to paint or simply to enjoy tea in.

Art Class: Fill That Frame, Go Green!
Class description:
Bring a frame from home (or thrifted) and create plant-inspired art to fill it! We’ll review plant art examples, practice painting techniques, explore light and shadow, and then follow a guided step-by-step painting session using plant models. By the end, you’ll have a framed artwork ready to display!
Frames available for an additional $10 (must be reserved at sign-up).
Supplies provided: Flat canvas, acrylic paint, brushes, palette, light refreshments (optional frame purchase $10 additional fee)
What to bring: A frame in a standard size (5”x7”, 8”x10”, 9”x12”, 11”x14”, or up to 12”x16”). Larger frames encouraged for more painting space!
Price: $35 (Cash or Venmo, paid at class).
$45 option available if you’d like a frame provided (must be reserved at sign-up).
